This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Qravit’s services. By using Qravit, you agree to this policy.
Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription-Based Services
If you are subscribed to a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
Important Notes on Cancellations:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
- If you cancel, you retain access until your current period expires.
- Automatic billing stops after cancellation.
2. One-Time Purchases
For one-time payments (e.g., premium features, add-ons), cancellations are not possible after purchase unless required by law.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:
1. Service Downtime Compensation
If Qravit experiences prolonged technical downtime (over 48 consecutive hours), we may provide partial or full refunds at our discretion.
Eligible Refunds:
- Downtime lasting over 48 hours due to Qravit's fault.
- Users affected by a billing system error (e.g., double charges).
No Refunds for:
- Short outages under 48 hours (unless you are on an SLA-backed plan).
- User-related issues (e.g., incorrect setup, forgotten payments).
- Changes in business needs after purchase.
2. Accidental or Unauthorized Charges
If you were wrongfully charged due to a system error or unauthorized transaction, you must:
- Report the issue within 7 days of the charge.
- Provide proof of transaction (receipt, payment ID).
- Wait for a case review (usually within 5-7 business days).
If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Payments are final, except in cases where a refund is applicable (see below).
- Users must cancel subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid auto-billing.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
- Service Downtime Compensation
- If Qravit experiences prolonged downtime (48+ hours), users may receive:
- A service credit (default option).
- A partial refund if downtime exceeds 72+ hours.
- If Qravit experiences prolonged downtime (48+ hours), users may receive:
- Annual Subscription Refunds
- If canceled within 30 days of purchase, a pro-rated refund is provided (minus processing fees).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@qravit.com.
Include:
- Your full name and account email
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID)
We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
If you file a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your account may be:
- Suspended until the issue is resolved.
- Permanently banned if the claim is fraudulent.
Policy Changes
Qravit may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Major changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
